LaunchKit
Launch studio for small service businesses

Your business online in about a week — site, bookings, and payments, done.

LaunchKit builds the whole launch kit for a small service business: a fast, search-friendly website, a booking page clients can use on their phone, and a way to take payment before the work starts. You bring the service and the calendar. We build the rest.

One flat launch fee, no builder license to learn, and you own the site when it ships.

The work is ready before the website is

Most small service businesses lose their first month of enquiries to the same three problems. None of them are about skill.

Nobody can book you

Enquiries arrive by text and direct message, get answered between jobs, and half of them quietly go elsewhere. A booking page answers in the same second the client asks.

The site is a page, not a business

A one-page placeholder with a phone number tells people what you do, but not what it costs, when you are free, or how to pay. Those three answers are the difference between a visit and a booking.

You are paying for a builder you do not touch

Subscription site builders hand you an empty canvas and a monthly bill. A launch kit hands you a finished site, a booking flow, and the confidence to change a price without breaking it.

What's included in the kit

Everything below is built for your business — your services, your city, your hours, your prices. Nothing is a blank template you have to fill in later.

01

A five-page website

Home, services, about, blog, and contact — written for the way people search for what you do, with page titles, descriptions, and a location page set up properly.

02

Online booking that fits your week

Your real service list, buffers between appointments, weekday and weekend hours, and a confirmation the client keeps. Deposits can be collected at the moment of booking.

03

Card payments and deposits

Take a deposit for a first appointment or the full fee up front. Payouts land in your own account; we set up the connection and show you how to read it.

04

Words that answer real questions

Pricing ranges, what's included, how long it takes, what happens if plans change. Written in your voice, in plain language, so fewer enquiries need a reply.

05

Three evergreen guides

Long-form articles on the questions your clients search before they call — how to choose, what it costs, what to prepare. They keep bringing people in after launch day.

06

A handover you can run

A short call and a one-page guide: how to change a price, add a service, block a day, and read your bookings. No passwords lost, no developer on retainer.

How a launch runs

Six days of work, one 20-minute call, and one flat fee. Most clients send their details on a Monday and are taking bookings the following week.

  1. Day 0 — The 20-minute fit call

We list your services, real prices, hours, and the one thing you want more of. If LaunchKit is the wrong tool for your business, we say so on this call.

  2. Days 1–2 — Copy and structure

We write the pages around the phrases your clients actually type, then send you the draft to correct. You do not write anything from scratch.

  3. Days 3–4 — Site, booking, and payments

The site is built, the booking page is wired to your calendar and hours, and your payment account is connected so deposits can be taken at checkout.

  4. Days 5–6 — Check, launch, hand over

We test on a real phone, fix what breaks, take the site live on your domain, and walk you through changing your own prices and hours.

LaunchKit fits you if…

  • You sell a service, not a warehouse of products
  • Your clients book appointments, sessions, or site visits
  • You want a finished site, not a template to design
  • You'd rather take a deposit than chase an invoice
  • You are one to five people and staying that way

It probably doesn't fit if…

  • You are running a large e-commerce catalogue with inventory
  • You need a members' area with logins on day one
  • You have an in-house developer who already owns the stack
  • You need a bespoke marketplace or multi-vendor platform
  • You want a site built for a funding round, not for clients

Pricing

Flat launch fees, paid once. Prices in US dollars; taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Your exact scope is confirmed on the fit call before anything is charged.

Questions people ask before they launch

How long does a launch really take?

About a week from the fit call, assuming you can reply to one draft within a day. The longest delays are almost always missing details — prices, service names, hours — so the fit call exists to collect them up front.

Do I need to know how to build a website?

No. You need to know what you sell, what it costs, and when you are available. Everything else — layout, copy, booking flow, payment connection — is built for you, and the handover covers the small edits you will want to make yourself.

Can I take payments and deposits?

Yes. We connect a Stripe account in your own name, so money goes to you and not through us. You can take a deposit at booking, the full fee up front, or leave payment to the appointment.

What about the domain name?

You own it. If you already have one, we connect it and keep the old links working. If you don't, we help you choose one that is easy to say out loud and matches your business name.

Will the site show up on Google?

The site ships with the technical groundwork: clean page titles, descriptions, a sitemap, fast pages, and location-specific wording. Ranking is a competition, not a switch — the three evergreen guides are there to earn the searches a one-page site never will.

What happens if I want to change something in six months?

You can change prices, services, hours, and text yourself with the handover guide. If you would rather not, the Care plan exists for exactly that. You are never locked into a builder license.

Start your launch

Tell me about the business and I'll send a launch plan.

Two or three sentences is plenty: what you do, where you do it, and what you want more of. You will get a written plan with the pages, the booking rules, and the price — usually within one business day.

  • ✓No pressure call, no discovery questionnaire
  • ✓You get the plan whether or not you hire us
  • ✓Your details stay with LaunchKit, never sold or shared

By sending this you agree to be contacted about your launch. No mailing list, no automated sequence.

Ready when your calendar is.

A launch-ready site, a booking page, and payments — the three things standing between your service and your first online client.
